It is way harder to progress without a mouthguard.
On the oral device course, I added this short explanation over why it is possible to improve without the mouthguard (I know I did), but it is much, much harder. Everyone's free to choose their own path, but there's a reason why this is 'The Foundation' in the method :)

@Alireza Chassebi I never said that body doesn’t compensate, in fact I think body compensates in many different ways… Tongue posture is one of them, it’s also part of correct habits but it’s not the ONLY thing. I’ve mentioned this numerous times. I have a wide tongue already and palate. I changed my entire habits, not just tongue posture, never had any sorts of POB. I honestly don’t wanna hear this topic anymore, because at some point it gets very annoying. I’m using Mewology as reference, because she had HUGE results and has helped me in many ways, if you don’t like it then move on. She also says that we have to change our entire body including tongue posture and not just 1 thing or the other, it’s EVERYTHING.

@Alireza Chassebi And nobody here said that tongue is the only thing, I think you’re the one who read everything wrong. I said that the ENTIRE body needs changing. Tongue is just one of them.
I have no words (reviv progress)
I've posted this in reviv community and I thought that I'd share it here too! I honestly have no words, so today I randomly decided to compare myself few months ago to myself now, after reviv and all the positive habit changes ofc... And these were the results and I was completely shocked... I'm not trying to beat my old self up, but was I even a human...? Was I a boy or a girl?! WHAT THE HELL WAS I?! I started jumping from joy not recognizing myself as if I was a completely different person.... All I want to say is thanks to my old self for not giving up and of course thanks to @Ken Egk for such an amazing appliance! Few months ago I was skeptical of it and even had some bad experiences, but if I could go back in time, I'd absolutely wear it 24/7. Everyone has been telling me that I look fine (my family members), encouraging me to live in delusion and lie, even pushed me to fall into a depression, everyone saying that those things do not work and skepticism as well as anger which all were effecting me 24/7. I even lost one of my friends because of all this and I wish I could get her back if she gave me one last chance... Recently I've been wearing reviv more often during the day which has helped my progress A LOT.... And we'll here's my before and afters of habits, reviv and thumbpulling as well as mewing all combined together... Also big thanks to @Cranial Code for promoting reviv, as if it wasn't because of her (mewology), I'd have never found it... Me and her had an argument, still hoping she forgives me but I don't know yet... Also I've been using reviv for 3-4 months just in case you're wondering..

@Santiago Figarola Thank you! And your progress is also very solid and congrats to you too! ❤️
All my info in social media+NEW CONTENT.
I added all my main videos on the courses, for easier access :) I also got motivated and made some NEW CONTENT sharing more information on concepts like the flat mouthguard, or histo-stretching (name I personally came up with). I also share my personal techniques for thumbpulling, and why I do it differently than other creators and why they work so well. This is the info I needed in the beginning of my journey. Please let me know if you have any questions :)
