And i was wondering if you knew any myofunctional therapists in your country that work virtually since in mine its like 250 usd a session which is insane

I've recently been wearing a flat mouthguard, I'm unsure about the size, my intermolar distance between my first molars is 33mm, if the internal distance of the mouthguard(First molars level) is equal to or less than 33mm, will I get results or It will restrict my palate?
