But I've neglected one thing, I still need to add this to my web form. ā€œI agree to receive SMS updates from Nashville Roofing Company. Msg & data rates may apply. Has anyone here started using Voice AI to answer calls for clients? I’m curious what problems you’ve run into — accuracy, customer experience, training, or integration into workflows. If you’ve tested it, did it actually help close more leads or just create more support issues?

Good point — I’m curious whether you’ve actually been using it in live situations or just testing so far. I’ve been doing some testing myself, and what I’ve found is that the key is to keep the bot’s responses as short as possible while focusing on capturing intent. From there, it’s really just about collecting the essentials: name, address, and email. At the end of the day, all we really need is to understand what they want and how to reach them. One thing I’ve also been wondering — do you think it’s better to let people know upfront that it’s AI, or just keep it simple and focus on the conversation?

Thanks so much for your detailed reply—it’s clear you really know this space. Those are exactly the core automations I’m wanting to get in place for Nashville Roofing Co. (missed call text back, double tap, nurture drip, review funnel, lead capture with smart tagging, and pipeline/calendar integration). Since this sounds right in your wheelhouse, what would your rate be to handle the setup and testing for these workflows? I’m also open to discussing ongoing support after launch if it’s a good fit.
