Everyone builds the start of a workflow. Very few build the exit. Without one, a lead who already booked still gets "just checking in" texts, and a lead who replied still gets the next email in the sequence. Add two exits to every follow-up workflow: stop when the contact replies, and stop when they book. It takes five minutes and saves a lot of awkward conversations. What's the exit rule you add to every workflow?

Anyone else the overcomplicator? Things shouldn't be as hard as I am making them out to be. I've seen others be extremely successful with GHL and AI implementations. Heck even their AI agencies are buzzing and I'm over here pulling my hair out. Tell me I'm not alone and that it will get better.
