Payment Failed While Subscribing to SaaS Mode from India?
Hey everyone, I tried to make a payment to subscribe to SaaS Mode from my IDFC FIRST BANK Credit Card, but my payment failed. Below, I have attached a screenshot sent by the GHL support team. I talked to the Bank they told me that "The Merchant (GHL) might not have integrated with any RBI-compliant payment gateways that support e-mandates for Indian customers." 1) I want to know if the GHL supports e-mandates for Indian customers? How can I fix this problem and make the transaction? 2) I want to ask the Indian Users which payment method I should choose? And what's the best possible way for you to make the payment? Please help me out with this! 🙏

For those of you who provide this for established businesses that have pre existing NAP all over their web, socials, google etc, how do you integrate this feature without them porting over to twilio? I don’t want my clients to have to manage a whole new number just to be able to use this

Most conversations about Voice AI agency ops focus on: how do I build better agents? I’ve started thinking that’s the wrong question — at least past a certain point. Once you have paying clients and real deployments, the question that actually determines whether you keep those clients isn’t “how good is my agent” — it’s “how quickly do I know when something isn’t right, and can I prove the agent is working before anyone has to ask?” Building better agents doesn’t help you if your client finds out about a failure before you do. And it doesn’t help you if there’s no automatic proof of value being delivered between build and renewal. I’m not saying quality doesn’t matter. It obviously does. But I’ve seen good agents lose clients — and mediocre agents retain them — based entirely on whether the operator was on top of what was happening operationally. Am I off base here or does this match what others are seeing?

hey guys for all these clients im onboarding, how do i create their number for them without having to scan their id since theyre located in different states? can i just use my own business info when making their number?
