While garnering a 'Best Seller' is a hell of a milepost, isn't there a better marker of self-esteem? I don't know yet, but my dream come to fruition sits in the finished product, and knowing that i did my very best to put it out there. What is your take on being externally acknowledged or internally a self-reflective glow that can never lose its shine...?

@K J Excellent question. I am learning as i go. I think YES, since I am learning so much that next one will be much easier to pour into. I never thought of myself as a writer, but the discoveries that have surfaced from this fist go around has fueled me to keep going. How is your project going?

Miraval Miracle
I recently posted this poem and would love to see some engagement from the community! What’s your #1 author goal for 2026?
New year, fresh momentum. 🎉Let’s set the tone for 2026 together. What’s the one thing you want to accomplish in your author journey this year? It could be big or small: Finish your first draft, publish your book, start (or grow) your email list, get more reviews, sell more books, etc. Drop your goal in the comments — and if you know it, share your next step too (even if it’s a small one). Chances are, someone here has the same goal… and we can all help each other stay on track this year. 🤝📚
