I woke up this morning with an epiphany! Using Skool as a lead magnet (like Russel is doing here) is a great idea, but converting free members into customers / clients is the challenge. Lots of Skool owners are doing free on-boarding calls as way to upsell. I was planning to do the same, but dreading the idea of endless calls with unqualified people OR having to hire a closer / setter. Then I noticed how Russel is doing it differently. Rather than doing on boarding calls or DM outreach, he is promoting free webinars and his $100 3-day day event (which I signed up for) and I imagine he’ll be selling something at that event too. This sounds like a MUCH better option for me, so I will be watching closely, taking notes and doing as the master does. ❌ One to one. ✅ One to many. Who else agrees?

4 years ago I read DotComSecrets by Russell Brunson. I was studying a degree I hated. On the path to a job I hated. Surrounded by people I hated. It sucked. A few weeks later, I made my first dollar online (attached). It was only a $7 sale, but it gave me the belief it was possible. Russell's book gave me hope and direction.
