🏋️Hey everyone! I run a health and longevity community and am looking to start collaborating with other communities. Normal posts for me include healthy meals, routines, diets, sleep tips, statistics and studies. I have 70 members right now but am looking to bring other skoolers in. My members are roughly 30-70 years old and are interested in improving their health through changes in diet, exercise, and sleep. So if that alligns with your community in any way let me know!
