Let's Have Some Fun Because It's Friday😂
Okay mamas, it’s Friday and we need some lightness around here. Tell me: what’s the funniest/craziest thing your little one has done this week? I’ll go first: So I've been struggling to get him to go to sleep at a reasonable time ever since he was sick. He has always been a night owl, but now it's gotten into that 12am to 2am window and that's just so late for me! So the other night I was having trouble keeping my eyes open so I put him in his crib wide awake. It's like 1am and he's jumping up and down in his crib (image 10 little monkeys song playing right now) and then he starts blowing fart noises with his mouth on his crib rail. He was having so much fun and so proud of himself.....and yes I'm the one who taught him to make the fart noises! 😂😂😂 Let’s laugh together. We’ve earned it.

Kids are so great! My middle child is 3 and feral. Her new thing is mooning people and I have absolutely ZERO CLUE where she has picked this up from 🤣🥴
Weekly Reset: What’s one thing you did for you last week?
Let’s start the week with a little check-in. What’s one small thing you did just for you last week? It could be a walk, a shower alone, a hot coffee, or just 5 minutes of silence. ✨ Drop it below and let’s celebrate the little wins that add up. You deserve it, mama. ✨

@Sisi Hennessy yes It does!
You deserve a few minutes just for you!
My baby’s been sick lately, and you know how that goes. Your sleep, your meals, your sanity… it all kind of disappears. But there is something about curling up with a warm cup of tea and a good book that just hits different on the hard days. So today’s your reminder: Take a few minutes for just you. Tea. Blanket. Book. Quiet moment. You’re worth it! 👉 I’d love to hear what are you reading right now? I’ve been curling up with Heartless Sky (part of the Zodiac Academy series) lately. Yes, it’s a little spicy 😅 but honestly, it’s been the perfect escape in between the chaos. Sometimes the best way to decompress is with a good book, a cozy blanket, and zero responsibilities even just for a chapter or two. Drop your current read below (or your favorite tv show if you’re not into books 💛)

3 small ways to reduce cortisol naturally
If you've been feeling wired but tired, waking up groggy, or dealing with those mid-afternoon crashes your cortisol might be running the show. Here are 3 gentle ways to support your nervous system and bring those stress levels down (no supplements or fancy routines required): 1. ☀️Sunlight within 30–60 minutes of waking A few minutes of natural light early in the day helps reset your circadian rhythm, reduces cortisol spikes, and can improve your energy + mood throughout the day. 💡 Mama tip: Step outside while holding baby, sipping your tea, or even just cracking open a window while you nurse. 2. Protein-rich breakfast: Starting the day with protein (instead of just carbs) helps stabilize your blood sugar and avoid that cortisol rollercoaster. Some ideas are: eggs, Greek yogurt, chia pudding, or even a scoop of collagen in your oatmeal. Inside the Nutrition & Recipes section, you’ll find breakfast ideas made for this season of life. 3. Magnesium before bed is nature’s chill pill. I take this every night. It helps regulate cortisol, supports sleep, and eases muscle tension (yep, even the pelvic floor kind).You can get it from leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, or a simple magnesium supplement (check with your provider if you’re unsure). ✨ None of these require perfection. Just gentle shifts that send your body the message: “I’m safe.” Let me know in the comments: Which of these do you already do? Which one are you going to try this week?
