I’ve collected a lot of certificates over the years, but being seen as a Master Condor Coach outshines them all. Out of everything I’ve earned, this one tops the list. It’s more than a title—it represents the deepest training I’ve ever done, the messy middle I didn’t skip, and the tools I now carry to guide others through their own waves. It’s changed the way I lead and the way I live. And with that, I’m ready to expand. I’ve been encouraged to niche up, so my Skool is now open to both men and women. When this ring was handed to me, I was told my princess energy had grown too big—it was time to step fully into my queen, and to guide others into their queendom and kingdom. I’m taking that message to heart. This isn’t the end of training. It’s the beginning of a whole new level.

Hi everyone—since there are some new faces here, I thought I’d re-introduce myself. I’m Kimber. Midlife has me living in Panama, surfing both ocean waves and emotional waves, and rewriting what it looks like to age. Right now, I’m in what I call the “messy middle”—helping transition my parents into assisted living while also weaving my own work back into focus. The tools I teach are the same ones I lean on daily, especially in seasons like this. I’m excited to keep learning and growing alongside women who get how layered this stage of life can be.
