Hi everyone—since there are some new faces here, I thought I’d re-introduce myself. I’m Kimber. Midlife has me living in Panama, surfing both ocean waves and emotional waves, and rewriting what it looks like to age.

Right now, I’m in what I call the “messy middle”—helping transition my parents into assisted living while also weaving my own work back into focus. The tools I teach are the same ones I lean on daily, especially in seasons like this.

I’m excited to keep learning and growing alongside women who get how layered this stage of life can be. For those I haven’t met yet—I’d love to hear what drew you here and what you’re navigating right now.
