Hi all and thanks for your content Rey
I am currently on semen retention, i tried it a few years back, but was not ready, my last streak was 27 days, my goal is 30 and beyond, i am seeing lust now as more of an energy with drive, today (day 9) lust got heavy and i surrendered it all to the divine, which has worked so far. I am also continuing with self enquiry, I'm at ease with not being the body, a little tougher with the mind and ego, when in thought or self talk find it hard to notice i am the awareness of, until afterwards.

@Dominic Ledoux-Simon yea it definitely does give you an actual, tangible doffernce when facing social situations and just life experiences, I used to see it as the be all and end all however which is where I went wrong I believe and I realise that it isn’t now and my life experience has increased a lot more. Learning to be more present has actually helped me do this, not being in my head as much. I feel like semen retention increases how present you can be in life also.

@Ciaran Evans I hear this bro, it definitely makes me have a slight vigour and edge in everything I do when I know I have a build up vs if I had a wet dream or so, it was just any guilt surrounding it that I’ve managed to clear up, integrate and accept that has taken me to new heights of experience.

@Love from Sweden sounds awesome, and yea if you are yourself and open to people and they shy away from you and don’t like it, personally I just don’t put anymore energy or effort into thing with those people and just let it be and eventually you come across people you can experience that joy peace and love with collectively instead of just experiencing it on your own. I believe everyone is cabable of love peace and joy so maybe ones that aren’t right now reciprocating with you that, they may do in the future. But it’s all okay either way I believe 👌🏼🙏🏼

Very insightful piece of writing, wisdom can take the world out of the man I found to be a very good line, appreciate your contribution and sharing your thoughts. I believe growth and evolution of everything is inevitable and everything good bad and beyond words is working together beautifully to continuously present more and more life and experience. It’s remembering to be present whilst this happens that allows you to not miss it, but eventually, even if you miss it initially, it will come round for you to truly see, I believe so anyway hahah.
