Hey there, my name is Ava. My „awakening“ began after a complete physical breakdown caused by severe issues with my hips. It knocked me out of life and left me bedridden for the past four years. In that stillness, being alone with nothing but myself, something inside me suddenly shifted. I began to see the world differently. The process was brutal, because there was no way to run, nowhere to escape. It hit me hard and forced me to face everything all at once. Looking back, I’m grateful for what happened. Through the pain and isolation, I was able to see through the veil of what we call reality. And even though my body still struggles and many days are difficult, the awareness that came from this experience changed everything. I’m looking forward to an interesting exchange with all of you. And if anyone has gone through something similar, especially on the physical side, I’d really love to hear from you. ✨♥️✨
