🥙 Eat healthy and mostly whole foods ✔️
🍲 Calorie Goal (~2000 calories each day) ❌ I ate out and had dinner, nothing extreme yet went over my calorie limit by a lot..

I woke not feeling great and might be catching a cold. I was around people yesterday coughing and sneezing. I mostly just have a sore throat though. Today was a scheduled rest day at the gym but I still went and did farmer's carries only. I rested most of the day.
