Some spinal mobility for today’s snack
So this one ended up slightly longer than anticipated. But it’s worth it if you’ve got the time. This session really frees up the back and gets it all moving nicely.

I’m attending, I don’t have any speed tools.
Spinal Waves + Coordination
This Saturday morning join me for Spinal Eaves and Coordination. Over the 5 years we had Aspen Movement Gym here in Perth this was one of our most popular classes. We will wiggle, articulate, dance about to get the spine free and more lubricated. Then arm swings to loosen off tension in the neck and remind our bodies that our arms are rooted deep into our torso. And of course, it wouldn't be complete without some coordinative work that gets our brains to REALLY think about how we move and organise ourself in space. I recommend having some music of your own that you enjoy moving to. Here's the playlist I'd be listening to if I wasn't recording :) https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6mRPZ0xscpoiWqT41Ogyl3?si=OhpaY9-hTUWhSpffom3wiw&pi=2HTbOr2kSBCGm&nd=1&dlsi=664cf06b9bd4404a When: This Saturday at 9:00 AM AWST Where: Click the event link on the calendar to join. The session will run for 60minutes. PS If you have partners, friends that want to trial this and join you, we don't mind extra people on your screen.

Thank you!
Speed tool substitute
The Les Mills smart bar arrived and I’ve had a chance to play around with it. The handle grip is the main difference. It doesn’t feel as nice on the hands as the Osso tool, and some of the movements are a little harder, but overall this is a very good substitute - especially given the price difference.

Great, thanks Glenn
Moving through ranges recording
The moving through ranges class is uploaded and ready to go for anyone that missed it. It's a nice journey through some basic spinal movements (and some not so basic spinal waves and circles), into straddle and squat work and finally finishing with some floor mobility. 90% of the work is centred around the spine and almost all of the work is tasked based mobility instead of just doing stretches. Which in my opinion makes it more enjoyable and engaging. :)
