The moving through ranges class is uploaded and ready to go for anyone that missed it.
It's a nice journey through some basic spinal movements (and some not so basic spinal waves and circles), into straddle and squat work and finally finishing with some floor mobility.
90% of the work is centred around the spine and almost all of the work is tasked based mobility instead of just doing stretches. Which in my opinion makes it more enjoyable and engaging. :)
