Continue to utilize the doctor's informative information making everything applicable to you. I try to make sure I get a daily dose of the info she puts out and apply it.
Personal products that make you gain weight??
Hey yall! The more I shop in any Dollar Store (General, Tree, Waddeva), the more I'm reading labels on errrthang!! I've used witch hazel on my face for yeeeearrrsss and it's a simple product that really works for me (in addition to starting my day with fruits). I'm annoyed because what used to be $1-$2 is now $6 and $7 easily. I found a half sized bottles in Dollar Tree for $1.25, right, but I'm like, well, 2 of these is only $3 compared to double the price. Spidey senses said, "Read the Label." UGH!! It has Methylchloroisothiazolinone in it. What is that you may wonder?? From Google: Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI) and methylisothiazolinone (MI) are powerful preservatives used together (often as a 3:1 mixture called Kathon CG) to prevent bacterial and mold growth in personal care products like shampoos, conditioners, and body washes.

Switching it up?
Greetings peeps! So, I've wondering why it's a bit stagnant up in this piece! Lol. I'll speak at workshops, people engage with me in-person, asking tons of questions, then get to this space....then crickets! What can I do to help you? What would you like to see different or added, so that I can help you and your health?

I think you do a great job with dropping gems. You are detailed and informative. We are soaking up the knowledge. What’s a good herb or juice for the digestive system?

@Dr. Denise Farrell I think that’s the biggest thing that I’m struggling with trying to figure out why my digestive system is so jacked up one I know it’s been the food choices lately too I feel like I’ve been doing better but it’s just all off track. I know how important the good is to all diseases! I really fell off trying to accommodate Rashad in the way that he eat and I neglected myself and picked up habits I work hard not to it is definitely not his fault b! I really fell off trying to accommodate Rashad in the way that he eat and I neglected myself and picked up habits I work hard not to it is definitely not his fault because I realize that I’m making better choices.ecause I realize that I’m making better choices.
Homemade Spicy RAMEN NOODLES 🍜 Better Than Any Restaurant's
Reposting this gem from Grubanny over on YouTube — because this one is too good not to share. In this video, @Grubanny breaks down why many manufactured ramen noodles just don’t sit right — and how learning more about what goes into them completely changed his relationship with instant noodles. After avoiding packaged ramen for years, he finally discovered a high-quality option that’s been around for a long time but flew under the radar: spelt ramen noodles. Game. Changer. He walks through: - Why ingredient quality matters more than we’ve been taught - A better noodle option made with spelt - A technique that levels up homemade spicy ramen - Crispy, battered fried mushrooms that pair perfectly with the dish Key takeaway: Sometimes the upgrade ain’t about doing more — it’s about choosing better. 🔍 Noodle Info: Look up Biona and purchase their spelt ramen noodles directly from their website. They’re often sold out on Amazon, so going straight to the source is your best bet. Yes, they cost more — and yes, they’re worth it. 🍄 Mushroom Tip: Use whatever mushrooms you have access to and customize the batter to your liking. There’s room to make this recipe your own. ⚠️ Transparency Note: This is not a sponsored post. Grubanny is not affiliated with the noodle company — just sharing a genuine find. I'm not sponsored by Grubanny or the noodle company (yet). :) All credit to Grubanny — be sure to check out the full video on his YouTube channel and support his work. Eat that Food, Don't Let It Eat You! Gratitude 🌱
