Personal products that make you gain weight??
Hey yall! The more I shop in any Dollar Store (General, Tree, Waddeva), the more I'm reading labels on errrthang!! I've used witch hazel on my face for yeeeearrrsss and it's a simple product that really works for me (in addition to starting my day with fruits). I'm annoyed because what used to be $1-$2 is now $6 and $7 easily. I found a half sized bottles in Dollar Tree for $1.25, right, but I'm like, well, 2 of these is only $3 compared to double the price. Spidey senses said, "Read the Label." UGH!! It has Methylchloroisothiazolinone in it. What is that you may wonder?? From Google: Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI) and methylisothiazolinone (MI) are powerful preservatives used together (often as a 3:1 mixture called Kathon CG) to prevent bacterial and mold growth in personal care products like shampoos, conditioners, and body washes.
