Hi Keith-i wont be able to make your call tomorrow. i do have a question on tempo. ex: leg curls on machine or bicep curl. which direction does count start in? leg curl up for a 3 sec, or does count start at top & let down slowly?

one more-im finishing the 2nd week of the 3 day plan in month 1. jump to 4th set was a big increase in time. to help manage, you see any problem with super-setting? and when i complete the first month should i continue on 3 day/week plan, jump to 4day plan?

Hi Keith, I’m 68 years young and I’ve been working out for years, I have a well equipped home gym and primarily use dumbbells and cables but I also include kettlebells, bands and landmines and I was wondering if you would ever do a video using a mix of equipment?

for the 3 & 4 day split programs can you provide an alternate exercise to perform if you have a home gym of just dumb bells. ex; instead of lat pull downs on machine do pull ups. or machine sled for legs, do goblet squats. thanks

i was hesitant about starting the 4 day/week routine, decided to kick it off with 3 day/week full body work outs. ive been doing a few sporadically and very surprised by the low wt/high volume approach. totally agree, very effective. feels really good. 👍
Lower sugar intake
If you like and eat fruit how are you supposed to keep your sugar intake down. Eat a medium banana and some strawberries and Youre 20 g into it already .
