Week3 - My weight is: 194.3lbs (Was 194.7 lbs previous week) - My steps this week were: 59k - My biggest win was: going to gym & working out every day of the week. - My biggest struggle was: putting on more weight/muscle despite eating in surplus. - My next workout is on: Monday Week4 (final weigh in) - My weight is: 199.7 lbs (started challenge at 193.5 lbs) - My steps this week were: 30k so far - My biggest win was: putting on some muscle (went from 90.6 SMM to 94.8 SMM since start) - My biggest struggle was: stress, eating when not hungry, keeping BF stable (not spiking) while bulking - My next workout is on: probably thursday/friday, had surgery and need to rest a bit I’m adding initial and final InBody and before/after pics
