  • My steps this week were: 30k so far
  • My biggest win was: putting on some muscle (went from 90.6 SMM to 94.8 SMM since start)
  • My biggest struggle was: stress, eating when not hungry, keeping BF stable (not spiking) while bulking
  • My next workout is on: probably thursday/friday, had surgery and need to rest a bit
