My biggest struggle was: putting on more weight/muscle despite eating in surplus.

My weight is: 199.7 lbs (started challenge at 193.5 lbs)
My steps this week were: 30k so far
My biggest win was: putting on some muscle (went from 90.6 SMM to 94.8 SMM since start)
My biggest struggle was: stress, eating when not hungry, keeping BF stable (not spiking) while bulking
My next workout is on: probably thursday/friday, had surgery and need to rest a bit
