Zeplyn AI vs. Jump AI - Redtail
Also curious if anyone has compared Zeplyn AI vs. Jump AI when used alongside Redtail? Any feedback or experience with either platform would be super helpful.

@Lauren Bernal The Advisor can check the assignee before sending to the CRM. We have 2 advisors and me. You can also choose to assign the task to the other advisor. You can also assign the task to a workflow if you have one in the CRM. We use it for in-person meetings and Zoom meetings with clients. We also use the Recap email it creates to send to the client after the meetings. It's really slick!

New Client Onboarding
Does anyone provide anything to a new client? if so, what do you provide? We are looking to streamline our process. Often, clients like to receive something they can take home and refer to frequently. We are considering a branded folder with a communication piece, but what else should we include?

Activity Template vs. Workflow
I'm looking for feedback on the use of an activity template vs. workflow in RedTail specifically in small offices. I see huge value in workflows for larger offices where one person takes the call from a client who requests a distribution and someone else is the one to place the trades and someone else actually processes the money movement request, etc.. Does the same value exist for a small office to use workflows? Right now I'm using an activity template with the different pieces in there and think it meets our needs but I also don't want to overlook a feature if it will have a huge impact. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

We use a mixture of both. We are a 2 advisor, 1 admin office. I use the activity templates for easy 1 person tasks like raising cash, investing cash, or sending money to clients. The more complex tasks use a workflow, like client reviews, updating beneficiaries, and transferring in assets for existing clients. It's usually only one person completing, but it makes sure no steps are missed. Hope this helps. Good luck!
15-Minute Introductory call for prospects
Do any of your offices offer a 15-Minute Introductory call to prospects to vet them? If so, who is doing that call i.e. the advisor, marketing, operations? Can you also share the questions that are asked on that call? TIA

We are a 2 advisor 1 admin office. I typically schedule the intro call but the Advisor does the vetting.
