I’d love to ask you something this evening 🤍 Overwhelm is something that comes up a lot… that feeling of having so much to do, not knowing where to start, and just feeling a bit stuck in it all. I’m really curious… How do you currently deal with that when it comes up? Do you have something that helps you: – prevent it building up? – or move through it when you’re in the thick of Or does it sometimes just feel like everything hits at once? I’m starting to build something really simple around this… A gentle reset that helps you: – get everything out of your head – feel a bit more grounded – and take one small step forward Something that could be used weekly, or even in those moments where everything feels a bit too much. So I’d love to know… Would something like that feel helpful to you? 👉 A quick 10-minute reset to help you feel calmer and clearer 👉 Something you can come back to again and again Feel free to share below, or just vote on the poll 🤍 Your thoughts really help me shape what I create for you in here. When I feel overwhelmed, I…👇

Business can get me overwhelmed. Making decisions for example, or prioritising, or thinking too far ahead. I have few things that help - telling myself that I am the only one that puts the pressure on myself so I can choose differently. Or telling myself that focus is on here and now, don't look too far. Rick off one thing. But I would love some kind of way to manage let's say a frustration or resistance. When that comes up, l(et's say tech clutches, not getting client blood test on time, lots of rescheduling a etc etc)I need to figure out how to manage it - should I feel my body, where the tension is and breathe into it, or imagine I have a big rock and I just put it away or swear in my house, and get the tension out. Definitely not distraction but living the feeling and at the right time letting it go. So I guess I am not sure when the negative feeling is a true message and I should change something or if the negative feeling is just coming up and I need to process it. I read a lot about Kabbhalah and it makes so much sense so I have found many usefulw guidelines from there :)
🥰 Feel Good Friday
Today feels like a bit of a reminder for me… Yesterday I held two self-care circles, one in person and one online, and by the end of the evening I felt really relaxed. But instead of listening to that, I tried to push through and carry on with my usual evening routine. Lee had already said not to worry about anything, that he’d sort things in the morning, but I think my little perfectionist hat came on for a moment. So instead of going to bed… I sat on the sofa… and ended up falling asleep there. I woke up at 5am, took myself to bed, and I do feel a bit more rested today, but it’s definitely made me realise… I could have just listened to my body in the first place. --- So today feels like a gentle reminder to come back to that. To listen a little sooner. To not push through when I don’t need to. --- So I’d love to ask you today: What is your body asking for right now? And… How can you listen to it today, even in a small way? --- Sometimes taking care of ourselves isn’t doing more… It’s allowing ourselves to do less 🤍

The allowing to be is the new thing for me at the moment. Knowing that all the magic happens in the allowing. I'm enjoying this new discovery and it feels like the right reminder. About patterns, we all have them right. And we even recognise them but why is it so that we still sit on the phone when we know we shouldn't , or try to sit on the sofa when we should be in bed. It is like the brain is the master. Maybe we should say tonourselves that the heart is the master. This could work for me :)
🌿 Wellness Wednesday
Today feels like a really good reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be big or perfect… Sometimes it’s just about taking one small step forward. --- For me today, that’s looked like working on my Finding Steady Ground – 7 Day Reset 🤍 It’s now fully planned out, the tracker is done, and I’ll be recording the videos on Friday and getting everything uploaded ready for the weekend. I’m also designing the worksheet tonight, so it’s all coming together, which feels really exciting ✨ --- I’ve also created a space in the classroom for Self-Care Circle replays, which I’ll start building up after tomorrow’s session. And just a little reminder… Our next Self-Care Circle is tomorrow 🤍 --- Something else I’m really excited about… Anyone already in this community will have access to the next level of support if they want it, including: – the full 7 Day Reset – weekly support circles where you can ask questions and get guidance – the option to submit questions in advance (so there’s no pressure to be on the live) – timestamps so you can go straight to what you need All designed to take away that overwhelm and make things feel more accessible and supportive. And for those of you already here, you’ll be able to access this completely free 🤍 --- I’ll also be going through the reset alongside you, sharing my own thoughts and reflections as I go, and I’m always open to feedback so I can keep improving it and make it as supportive as possible. --- So today I’d love to ask you: What is one small thing you’ve done today to support yourself? It doesn’t have to be anything big… Maybe it was: – taking a moment to pause – getting outside – having a proper break – saying no to something – or simply slowing down --- These small moments matter more than we think 🤍
🌿 Wellness Wednesday
Hi from Australia it is an early morning here. It may sound a bit too simple or funny but I have noticed how I hold my shoulders and neck tight so this morning while sitting on the veranda I was mindfully focusing on that tension and just told myself 'hey what I holding it can release it". This is something that I plan to be aware of. My body is obviously telling me that I'm holding something. Maybe caring too much responsibility or putting too much pressure literally on my shoulders so while I'm focusing on the body I will try to feel out what is the true cause of it. Sounds very small but it's actually very big ☺️
@Danielle Thompson uhh, yepp the moment of pause is calling me :) thanks
There has to be a better way than feeling like this all the time…
I’m working on something new at the moment and I’d really love your input. I’ve been thinking a lot about how many women feel constantly overwhelmed, at capacity, and like they’re just trying to get through the day… and how hard it is to actually do anything about it when you’re already feeling like that. I’d love to know: What do you struggle with most day-to-day when it comes to overwhelm or feeling steady? And what have you tried before that just didn’t stick? You can just hit reply — I’ll read every response 🤍
To me the challenge is to switch off. I am drive, curious, energetic, perfectionist, high achiever etc etc etc and I burn myself out. I am running my won business on top of all the other responsibilities and I feel I am constantly carrying the responsibility energy, the role of being a carer (in my work and household). Yes I have made myself rules to have a quiet time on the verandah, do meditation, walks, just sit and do nothing and let myself feel bored (to me feeling of boredom is the sign that I don't have to do or rush anything hahaaa) etc but I would need to be able to be in a different energy, its not about doing, it is about being. So I have tried to tell myself "No, Kelli, at the moment you are just Kelli, you are not naturopath or businesswoman so chill out, there is other time for that". It kind of works but I am very curious to see and hear if you have any tips for that.
Every Small Win Counts
This is your space to share: 🌿A moment you chose calm 🌿A boundary you held 🌿A realisation you had 🌿A ritual you tried 🌿Or simply… “I showed up today” Nothing is too small. We celebrate gentle progress here. Let this be the space where you notice yourself becoming steadier.
I am proud that for the whole Saturday and Sunday we were out - shopping, eating, walking etc we left the phones behind. And I loved it !!! We adults need to feel bored too because to my brain that means there is nowhere to rush and nothing to get done. Not just for children and their brains hahaa
