I’ve been thinking a lot about how many women feel constantly overwhelmed, at capacity, and like they’re just trying to get through the day…
and how hard it is to actually do anything about it when you’re already feeling like that.

What do you struggle with most day-to-day when it comes to overwhelm or feeling steady?
