Wow! 🤩
Sunday handstands and flying half splits and deadhangs
I do a very chill yoga session with a friend on Sundays and tried this flying splits technique afterwards. Then a long hang to open my shoulders, and handstand kick ups with Kitty. I added the audio about how hanging can help repair a curved shoulder bone. My carpal tunnel nerve gets pinched at the shoulder as well as my wrists, so hoping this helps.

The flying splits are very cool and you look totally comfortable with the mattress for handstands! Strong work! Thanks for sharing the clip about hanging - been having shoulder issues, so I’m going to give it a try, too.
🐣 Happy Easter Weekend! 🌷
Hope you all get a chance to relax, enjoy some good food, spend time with people you care about, and maybe even sneak in a little movement too. No pressure to be perfect this weekend. A short walk, a few minutes of mobility, a quick workout, or just taking time to recharge still counts. What’s one thing you’re doing this weekend that fills your cup or helps you feel like yourself again? Enjoy the weekend and stay awesome 💪

Hope everyone enjoys the holiday!
Hello all
Turning 50 this year. From Toronto Canada, 5 kids and a full time job so not a lot of spare time but hoping I can learn some stuff and hopefully some cool skills. Use to be in great shape when I was in the army. Hoping I can get back into decent shape. Holding a proper handstand would be cool. Planche would be awesome. Human flag would be incredible. Let's see ;)

Welcome to the community! 💪
Hi newbie here nice to meet you all 👋🏻
Hi I am Ruth 40 years young this year, new to the community I'm in the north east of England -uk. I am a long standing gym user who has always wanted to master the more functional body weight exercises and obviously the more cooler skills. I can do push up, pull up and dip pretty ok, any tips of where to start my goal is to master front leaver, muscle up, handstand and human flag 😊💪🏻

Welcome to the community! Like Karyn said, there is a wealth of knowledge in the master book and in the discussion threads. If you have a specific question about your technique or what to do and are comfortable posting a quick video, then you’re sure to get helpful and constructive feedback that way as well!
