A million times thankyou Jake. I have been doing your breathwork in conjunction with some other trauma healing I am doing and I have just finished watching the recording. During the breathwork session I started crying and had to stop myself so I could keep breathing and get the most out of the session. When the breathwork had just about finished I Had a visual of myself as a little girl crying and saying 'I just want to be loved'. Mine was also emotional neglect. I know where my shame comes from now. I am so grateful. You have been sent by God to bring these gifts to us, to spread your light and love 🙏

The Nervous System Healing Workshop is happening today at 6pm MST!! I'm so pumped to lead this workshop and teach you all more about breathwork, somatic healing and how to heal your nervous system. Here's some important things you need to know: 1. Please come prepared with a journal, pen, headphones and a comfortable/quiet spot to lie down for the breathwork. 2. There are 1,000 spots available for the zoom session. There are over 1,000 of you here. It will be first come first serve, so make sure to be there on time. If you don't get a spot, you will get the recording. 3. When you join, please stay MUTED. If/when there is a time to unmute yourself, I will say that. 4. Come with an open mind. This work can be new to many so trust that what's being shared is what you need right now. 5. Stay til the end. If you commit to the whole workshop, it will make drastic changes in your well-being.
