AARP: You've Got Some Nerve Article
So I go to get the mail today, and usually I drop this right in the trash on the way back to the house. Not thinking about it, I brought it inside. Then I open it and directly to this article on page 24. Its an article covering the Vagus nerve, and how stimulating it may be the answer to pain, heart disease, depression and more. I tell you what, the universe works in mysterious ways. I do believe its telling me/us, we are heading in the right direction with all this. ✨️ ♾️

"At-home VNS devices can help with meditation or creating a sense of calm, but it's unlikely that home users can place the device in a way that actually stimulates the vagus nerve itself says Tracy Centanni of the University of Florida" 🤔🤔

Ah thank you! Sorry, I misread it...😊 That's a relief!
What changes have you noticed?
For anyone who has been consistently using ultrasound for long covid or dysautonomia, how are you doing? Any changes in symptoms or baseline?

Hi Holly, I am using it for similar to this although think my dysautonomia/ POTS etc is more likely due to EBV so hoping for some relief from symptoms with US VNS. I overstimulated when I first started so had a week off & just returned to it very low & slow for the past couple of nights. Haven't noticed any improvement in sleep so far but will increase intensity & duration over the next few days & hope it helps 🙏 How about you?
US VNS advice
Hi, Can anyone share any experiences of intial use of an US VNS device please? I've been using it for just over a week now & have found that it's left me feeling wired, sleep has been difficult & have had worsening of my chronic illness symptoms. There could be other reasons for this, maybe it's just a usual flare but I'm wondering if I've overstimulated. I watched & followed the guidance in the video in Module 3 of Ultrasound level 1 in the Classroom so started on high for 5 mins but maybe I'm oversensitive. I've stopped using it for now & thinking I will restart on low & build it up in another few days. Would that be the best plan? Many thanks for any help 🙏

Stop Shocking Your Nervous System And Start The Resonance
Most people attempting to 'hack' their nervous system are actually just assaulting it. They’re still using painful ear clips and neck shockers, hoping for a breakthrough while literally zapping their skin into submission. It’s time to abandon primitive electricity. What if the ultimate key to human recovery isn't a shock, but a resonance? Ultrasound Vagus Nerve Stimulation is the modality the mainstream hasn't caught up to yet. It is the disruptor that renders traditional VNS obsolete. Imagine achieving the deepest, most restorative sleep of your life on night one—without the discomfort of metal on your skin. We are exploring the physics of Ultrasound VNS live on February 21st at Vagus Skool. You’ve been sold a version of wellness that requires pain. Question why you’re still tolerating it. Stop the shocks. Start the resonance. https://www.skool.com/vagus/calendar?calDate=1772316160&eid=68742b72e6a54e5ea4d5d4cfc4eb2e9a

I've been interested in vagus nerve stimulation since developing dysautonomia over 4 years ago.
