@Melinda Breen , if you go to the Classroom Tab and choose Our Favorite Recipes in the bottom right, you'll see that recipe under the Brunch recipes, if I remember correctly. And WOW, lots of recipes to consider!

@Roxie Beall , I don't know if it's "allowed", but here it is... You aren't able to open the folder with all the recipes in it? That's something for @Gene Clerkin, for sure. Looks delicious! I am a chocolate fan and am always on the lookout for a healthier option. How did you make the pudding itself, @Jamie-Lynn Hazzard ?

@Jamie-Lynn Hazzard , thank you! Do you tuck it in the fridge for a period of time to "gel"? I know, I could probably Google it, I was just curious how you create it. I have attempted to make a plain-ole chia pudding myself in the past, after having it for the first time in New Orleans and really liking it. It didn't seem to "gel" as much as the kind I tried.
Last day for caffeine
I only drink 1-2 cups of decaf a month so no biggie but figured I’d have a nice cup before today becomes tomorrow. Not sure what Castine put in the smoothie but I’m sure it’s all good. Had to replace my salsa with Tabasco!

Morning Glory Muffin Stuff.
Hello! This very well may not be the best time for me to tackle this cleanse. HOWEVER, I am appreciating all the really good info so far and will stay on, if that's okay. Comment and questions about the Morning Glory Muffins: I love the video. Cas, so awesome to see you in action. How long do the muffins have to bake? And do they have to rest before coming out of the pan? Thank you for this offering, Gene!
