Today, after the 5 minute practice, I had a feeling of doing some more breathing imagining bad feelings going out (while exhaling) and the corresponding good feeling comming into my body(while inhaling). ex.: breathing out guilt, breathing in responsibility. After that, I felt like holding on the exhale and feeling this big hollow spreading inside of me and then, breathing in light, love … It felt so good!!!

I’m still too attached to my thoughts, it is very dificulta for me to get connected to my breath only… Does anybody else feel like that? Also, I yawn a lot when I do breathwork

To those that came to the Workshop last night, HOW EPIC WAS THAT!? Hundreds of us gathering from all over the world to feel, to heal, and to breath. I truly got to see the power of the breath and the power that we all have within us. Welcome in to all the new members! I just had a great weekend in Los Angeles where I attended an event for winning the Skool Games and then went to a live event for someone I've followed on YouTube for awhile yesterday. I'm bringing back a lot of knowledge and also a lot I learned from the trip. I am pumped to see all the new members in the space this morning. Welcome to you all and thank you for being here!
