Identifying the notes of a scent.
Hi Everyone, hope you are well. I have recently entered into the interest of fragrance. I am looking learn about scents and finding some for me. Now I noticed that I have to learn how identify the notes of a scent and also how to differentiate it from one to another. Now I tried some of the scents like Acqua Di Gio and Bleu De Chanel and honeslty I was not able to tell much difference rather than their intensity .I would appreciate if anyone can give some suggestion if they have ever been through this. @Jonathan Ventura Thanks, currently I am just looking to buy a fragrance, but I want to first explore and try to find a scent which I would like. I have tried some fragrances from renowned brands in this field ( Chanel, Dior, Armani etc.) and am still looking for a signature scent. Earlier I just thought that buying a fragrance should not take any research but the more I got to know about it the more I thought to look out for a scent that I would like to wear, I know this will take time and effort but I would like to explore it.
