I've always enjoyed walking, it's been part of my daily routine for a long time but recently I lost that joy of walking. I always kept my weekend morning walks though but for whatever reason I couldn't get back to my weekday walks so this week I made sure to go every single day It didn't feel like a chore cause I do enjoy walking and it's not about getting steps in, it's about getting outside and just clearing my head To make it more fun, I went walking at a marsh one day and Saturday morning I went to see the sunrise and walk around the lake (there's no swimming at that lake) For me, routine helps me stay consistent🚶
