EMOM method
Well this is exciting, I got 10 pull ups in 10 minutes!💪😁🎉 I did the EMOM method for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised @Orfeas Onasis you had given me that option a couple of weeks ago but I forgot about it, sometimes I just need to be reminded! 🙄 @Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert you gave me 2 options the other day: EMOM or Grease your Groove I thought for me it would be better to try EMOM first, the other method I'll either do to much or too little . With EMOM, I've got a number to work with I couldn't ask for more, I did 10 full pull ups I'm super happy with the results!😊 I wasn't gonna send 10 videos so I sent #2 #7 #10 I did this after my upper body workout, I tend to do better at the end of my workout Question: how many times a week should I do this method?

Roll to pistol squat
Tried out a roll to pistol squat this evening. I recommend this one to work on the bottom transition. I actually felt stronger on my weaker side whilst doing this drill.

My gym rings and resistance bands should be here in the next 2 weeks yayyyyy! Can’t wait to do inverted rows and eventually pull up negatives. What your fave piece of equipment atm in your calisthenics journey and what are you using it for?

Gym rings are definitely my favorite piece of equipment. That's crazy how many things you can do with them
Toes to bar
It's interesting cause 2 days ago, I mentioned to @Karyn Ainsworth I couldn't do toes to bar. She was so nice to give me tips and a link to a video. Today I decided it was time to try the new tips but first I wanted to see how far up i could go.... Well it's the first time I'm able to touch the bar, after a couple of sets a read @Ricardo Jorge comment about not swinging/engaging my core. Ya I'm swinging, I did the second video trying to engage more my core and not swing so much. My shoulders were hurting at that point, I only did one.... And @Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert at least my feet are pointed, I listen! 🤗

@Val Mercier Yeah, that's a huge deal. I also got myself a power rack at home for that, just to do pull-ups on it.
