Breakfast CHIA SEEDS PUDDING Chia seeds 2tbsp 150ml lactose free milk 2Tbsp greek yogurt 39 grams apple and few seeds of pomegranate Half tsp of organic peanut butter For extra protein had 2 boiled eggs as well 🤤 A complete power packed breakfast after 17 hours of intermittent fasting

Day 2 (sweet and late night cravings)
My last night experience was much better before i started kickstart challenge some tricks that i used to skip eating sweets, I just skip thinking about sweets and just took some peanut and roasted chana and because of my high cravings for sweets i just took water instead of eating something this community helped me alot to overcome these cravings hope for best days ahead insh aa Allah
