Workout today . Fulll body strength Breakfast :2 crepes and a slice of almond butter toast Dinner - rice and palak chicken again Sorry been busy ,studying , kids, school , home ugh it’s hectic for me . I forget to take pics But I’ll take pics tomorrow In sha Allah .
