I’ve been upping my beet intake- love the pickled beets! Also sauerkraut & olives! Also made some sourdough bread.

@Darlene Fermaint That sounds delicious Darlene! I also put chia seeds with some coconut milk cacao powder a little honey or maple syrup , add some cacao nibs sometimes goji berries and let sit overnight and makes a delicious chocolate chia seed pudding!
