Yesterday and Today were rough. I’m currently detoxing from sugar and caffeine, and as usual it hit hard. Massive tension headache, super low energy. Yesterday I ended up falling asleep from midday until 6 PM, then got up, ate something grounding, and booked a massage to help release the tension. This always happens when I detox my body goes into full reset mode. It’s also no surprise after the last five days in Ubud. I’ve been diving deep into healing: 12 sessions across frequency healing, sound bowls, kundalini yoga, and more. All the layers I’ve been stripping back are integrating now… and I’m feeling it. Starting Thursday, I’m beginning a 3-day fast Maybe longer possibly until Sunday or Monday depending on how my body feels. If you feel called to join me, you’re so welcome to do this alongside me. Today’s been all about listening to my body, working poolside, resting when needed, and honouring where I’m at. How’s everyone else going? Are you tuning into what your body needs right now too? I am so glad I came to the comment section. I thought it was just me, feeling really flat today. morning started off positive with my breath work and meditation and a 5K walk around the river. But I was feeling a little flat all this afternoon. It only just occurred to me that it could be because my body had no coffee and could be detoxing. 😬

Day 1 of the 21-Day Reset Show us your photos & Push Yourself stats! Woke up, went straight into breathwork on my balcony overlooking the pool peace first. By 7:30, I was in the gym. 1km run on level 10 Finished with a walk knocked out the Push Yourself Challenge: (rocky mistake I should have started this before the run) Squats: 36 Sit-ups: 24 Push-ups: 10 Small weights session. Then straight into sauna and ice bath clarity hits different when the cold wakes up your soul. Got super clear on my day, set my intentions, journaled. 10am we kick off Manifest Monday inside the WBS Mentorship. Now the work day begins focused, aligned, and in my power. Tell me: What are your Push Yourself stats? Post your work out photo. And most importantly… How are you feeling today? Let’s go. One percent better every day. PS please take before and after photos even just for you sometimes I’m home can’t actually see the results but when you go back on your face and your arms your body how you hold yourself. it’s awesome to look back on.
