Woke up, went straight into breathwork on my balcony overlooking the pool peace first.
By 7:30, I was in the gym.
1km run on level 10
Finished with a walk knocked out the Push Yourself Challenge: (rocky mistake I should have started this before the run)
Squats: 36
Sit-ups: 24
Push-ups: 10
Small weights session.
Then straight into sauna and ice bath clarity hits different when the cold wakes up your soul.
Got super clear on my day, set my intentions, journaled.
10am we kick off Manifest Monday inside the WBS Mentorship.
Now the work day begins focused, aligned, and in my power.
