Yesterday and Today were rough.
I’m currently detoxing from sugar and caffeine, and as usual it hit hard.
Massive tension headache, super low energy.
Yesterday I ended up falling asleep from midday until 6 PM, then got up, ate something grounding, and booked a massage to help release the tension.
This always happens when I detox my body goes into full reset mode.
It’s also no surprise after the last five days in Ubud. I’ve been diving deep into healing: 12 sessions across frequency healing, sound bowls, kundalini yoga, and more.
All the layers I’ve been stripping back are integrating now… and I’m feeling it.
Starting Thursday, I’m beginning a 3-day fast
Maybe longer possibly until Sunday or Monday depending on how my body feels.
