Why Does My Swimmer Fall Apart in the Call Room...?
You’ve seen it happen. The nerves take over. Fidgeting hands, darting eyes, shallow breaths. By the time they walk out, it’s like they’ve already lost the race in their mind. It’s frustrating. It’s heartbreaking. And you feel powerless to help. I know, been there :( But it doesn’t have to be this way. Join my live training "Call Room Mastery" and learn how to stay calm and confident when it matters most. Only 13 spots left. Don’t wait. 👉 Register here PS: If you can't make the live training, drop a ✅ in the comments and I'll send you the recording.

Need 5 Beta Testers For The MindGym 2.0
This is only for Swimmer PARENTS: I'm looking for 5 parents who want to go thru my brand new Anxiety Advantage mini course. I've condensed everything I've learned in the last 15 years about the DO's and DONT's of swimmer parents into 5 short videos. You'll get early access to the Anxiety Advantage and in return I just want your honest feedback. Comment "🦄" if you want to be one of the 5 Beta Testers.

Stop Blaming Circumstances: The Truth About Swimming Fast
Effort? A choice. Positive mindset? A choice. Showing up early? A choice. Doing daily visualization? A choice. Cheering for teammates? A choice. Putting gear away? A choice. Go to bed early? A choice. Doing that little bit extra? Another choice. Fast swimming isn’t luck, talent, or magic. It’s the result of the sum of your choices. So, what's ONE choice you've been wanting to make for a long time but haven't? Let everyone know in the comments and do it starting right NOW!! 👇

Mobility sessions
How many extra mobility sessions should i do a week. I train 9 times a week and i stretch and foam roll for 15 min before every session.

Same for us, we also do mobility before swimming. We start with breathing deep, Bring awareness to the Moment, then waking up the joints through circles in both directions of every Joint, wrists, shoulders, hip, knee, ankles, followed by rotating Back and forth and tapping. Then active mobility of shoulders, hips and ankles. Then strengthening like planks. Then activation like rope skipping, jumping Jacks, squats, kick boxing moves.

I don't know If ist's helpful and adaptable to you, but it worked for me ( half marathons) and my daughter: I committed to: No one will overtake me in the second half...I didn't pace to hard at the beginning and had much power left when the others hadn't😁 and it worked
