Swim meet nerves
Hey so I have a big competition coming up on the 28th-30th March. I'm not sure how to mentally prepare for it so that I can swim my best and not let mental worries block my performances do you have any suggestion or tips for me?
start (no breakout no dk)
Hi guys just got like a question what is/are like the biggest mistake i do in the start (my coach keeps like saying i should go up (im not going up enough) (like do you guys deel like im not moving forward and just like entering beneath me) (like i feel my only problem in the start (is like on block my hips are too low they should be like on top more than my back) (and that like i splashed with my knees than my foot) (like my hips should be also abit higher in entry and leg a bit straight) or what do u guys think

26.4 50m free long course any advice?
im 18 i just made like 26.4s in 50m free (long course i need to really improve i want to have like 23 high or 24.0. What is the major problem with my stroke (i will improve my start and breakout they are way better i was just not focused during the race) i mean like just advice on the stroke itself (like is my head too up (is the big problem with my pull like not always entering past hip (sometimes just exiting wide) or is it like that i have low stroke rate or is it that im just entering with the pull just like downward and not extending like whats the main proble in my stroke (also i did no breath in the vid) (my first 25 was 11.9 2nd was 14) (plz any advice is really appretiated (also im the bald guy who finished first in the heat) https://youtu.be/m6jQi2vCTGo?si=qK6dMK5iSEYCSlHM
Fly technique
I’m a fourteen year old swimmer who basically only competes in freestyle, butterfly and occasionally medley. I really want to improve my time on 100m fly (favorite race). My coach says that I have to have higher hips and that I should angle my hands during recovery so that my thumbs angle down. And that I should breathe less. I couldn’t find a clip on my butterfly but I will appreciate any advice you can give me.
Please give me advice
What should I do if I am not happy with the competition because I did not swim well in my most important discipline and was unable to show my potential due to the SC pool?
