start (no breakout no dk)
Hi guys just got like a question what is/are like the biggest mistake i do in the start (my coach keeps like saying i should go up (im not going up enough) (like do you guys deel like im not moving forward and just like entering beneath me) (like i feel my only problem in the start (is like on block my hips are too low they should be like on top more than my back) (and that like i splashed with my knees than my foot) (like my hips should be also abit higher in entry and leg a bit straight) or what do u guys think
