Myers Briggs Personality Type & How it can affect Health & Wellness
As I was editing my personal Skool profile, I ran across a section asking for my Myers Briggs personality type. I know I had done it years ago but really couldn't remember what the heck it was. So, I just retook the test HERE and got that I am an INTJ. Which, of course, I know remember because it is inherently me! What I find interesting now, on this continued path for growth and insight into how my business should be structured for maximal impact in the global health and wellness space, is just how much of these traits have directly impacted so many aspects of my life. This is especially true of my work life and with regard to social emotional connections. I've attached screenshots so that you can take a look at all of the good, bad and ugly of my specific MB personality traits. And these are totally spot on with me! My question to you is this: if you've ever taken this test, have the results opened your eyes to struggles you may have had throughout your life in some aspect of the health and wellness front? If so, what have they been and how can we take these personality trait insights and turn them into positives instead of negatives? ➕➖ I'd love to hear all of your thoughts on this because I find it to be a very interesting topic! 🤓

Oh Shanah, that is so interesting ! I will jump on it asap, but I'm absolutely running behind my schedule (and as you may have seen, not wiht my phone in hand, I will tell you when I find a moment on the app).
10 Keys to Eating Healthier Article???
I just ran across this article on the Yuka app (recommended to me by @Susan Scott ) and I found it very interesting. I'd love to know what your thoughts are on the 10 tips this article gives for healthier eating. 🌶️🥝🫐🫚🍇🧄🍓🍠🫘🍄‍🟫 https://yuka.io/en/10-keys-healthy-eating/ Which one surprised you the most? 😱 Which one did you not know about that made you shift your perspective in some way? 🤔 I can tell you that I found #8 to be the most interesting and I love how they broke it down so succinctly. 🥳

So I knew as well about all of that ! But still, I'm not sure about beakfeast... I kind of eat twice aday as well, when I'm on a healthy timeline. And I am now on a healthy time line ! The thing I would add maybe is about time for dinner. In France we typically eat late at night, at least late for me, around 8 pm, and it doesn't fit me at all... Point 8 is interesting, it makes sense.
Delicious and Nutrient Dense Lasagna! 😱🥰
I've been requested multiple times to make a video of the Vegan Gluten Free Lasagna that I make. So I finally got off my bum and did it. 💥 It is a fairly straightforward recipe, but you can definitely tweak it however you'd like. I like to add a ton of veggies, as you can tell in the video. Because that not only creates more nutrient density, but it is much more filling and it helps both myself and my family far surpass the minimum suggested requirements for plant diversity for the week...which is only 30. 🤯 I would love to hear what your thoughts are on this particular dish. 🤔 If you've tried it, what did you like, what did you not like? If you haven't tried it, is there something specifically deterring you from giving it a shot, or is it just not your jam? 🍓

Wow so coooool ! I will try to do it on friday, I was out of idea for the meal plan 😁. It looks fantastic ! I'll have to adapt it a bit, dont know where to find the vegan products in France righr now, that will be my scavenger hunt 😁. But I am always open to new ways of cooking. Thank you very Shanah, (So Black Rice is still one of my fave, hubby loved it, the teens didnt even want to taste at first...."eeeeekkkkk what is THAAAT.... insects ???'" Sounds familiar ? But my 16yo girl did try and appreciate it, so it's good. I didnt expect my more deep into the autism spectrum 16yo boy who eat White rice and grilled chicken and brocolis on a daily basis (I mean really) to go on that kind of foreign country... but with time, everything is possible.

oh I will miss this one as well, will be on errands (and grabbing not-so-kids from high school, because buses here... don't want talk about that...) ! But I am walking like 3 to4K a day, putting some spices and veggies and legumes and less of sugar and white stuff (bread, etc). I feel better, for sure ! And it has just started like a week ago... I bought some complements on line, like lion's mane to help with my focus. And I'm gonna cook some forbidden rice tonight. Love it, kids not so much, but hey, let's get mum some healthy choices right ! Can't wait to have my walking pad, tomorrow is the day, finger crossed ! 🦋💐🙌 Thank you for the support Shanah, and the app, it helps me a lot to be accountable of my goals.

Get more steps into my life ! I aim to reach 7k in 10 days... Like you said yesterday, 10 minutes here and then during the day is doable. And my walking pad had some delay, I may get it on tuesday, but the weather is fine (for me at least, kind of rainy sunshine, brittany specialty lol), I walk outside, that my cortisol levels. I have downloaded the app you mentionned. But I must find a way to have my phone with me all the time (I had a connected watch, but I can't stand that, I'm very sensitive when it comes to jewelry, watches, etc. Tbh even my wedding ring in in a box, not on my finger, can't stand it), it's a detail. Yes, I add some cinnamon to my coffe, too much for my taste and for my levels,of excitation at the end of the day I was always pumped. Didn't know that effect of cinnamon. I'll try with tumeric tomorrow, I love tumeric. And veggies. Salad, kale - from the garden yay - zucchini, avocado, tomatoes, good good good ! Tomorrow I will cook some lentils and buy some colored rices (the brown and the black are easy to find here, the others I have to check). So I'm on my way ! Thank you Shanah, that's precious.
