I've been requested multiple times to make a video of the Vegan Gluten Free Lasagna that I make. So I finally got off my bum and did it. 💥
It is a fairly straightforward recipe, but you can definitely tweak it however you'd like. I like to add a ton of veggies, as you can tell in the video. Because that not only creates more nutrient density, but it is much more filling and it helps both myself and my family far surpass the minimum suggested requirements for plant diversity for the week...which is only 30. 🤯
