One Positive Health Aspect This Week 🤔😍
Happy Wednesday everyone! It's the middle of the week and I wanted to do a check in to see how everyone is feeling this week so far. What has been one positive health win for you this week? 💪 It can be anything small or big. Have you been moving more? Going to bed a little bit earlier? Drinking a little less wine? Adding in an extra vegetable or two each day? Drinking more water? Getting outside a little bit more each day for that wonderful vitamin D? Problem Makers instead of Problem Solvers? 🤔
My husband and I were having a discussion about repeating the same patterns in life over and over again and how difficult it is to break that cycle sometimes. This is true in all aspects of life, including health and wellness! 🌀 After our discussion, he stumbled upon this video and it was pretty eye opening for both of us. She talks a lot about changing your vibration and thought patterns to break cycles, but also about the fact that we aren't actually problem solvers (as I have definitely identified with strongly), but problem makers. That blew my mind! 🤯 I listened to it a couple of times and each time it resonated with me stronger. Myers Briggs Personality Type & How it can affect Health & Wellness
As I was editing my personal Skool profile, I ran across a section asking for my Myers Briggs personality type. I know I had done it years ago but really couldn't remember what the heck it was. So, I just retook the test HERE and got that I am an INTJ. Which, of course, I know remember because it is inherently me! What I find interesting now, on this continued path for growth and insight into how my business should be structured for maximal impact in the global health and wellness space, is just how much of these traits have directly impacted so many aspects of my life. This is especially true of my work life and with regard to social emotional connections. I've attached screenshots so that you can take a look at all of the good, bad and ugly of my specific MB personality traits. And these are totally spot on with me! My question to you is this: if you've ever taken this test, have the results opened your eyes to struggles you may have had throughout your life in some aspect of the health and wellness front? If so, what have they been and how can we take these personality trait insights and turn them into positives instead of negatives? ➕➖ I'd love to hear all of your thoughts on this because I find it to be a very interesting topic! 🤓

@Susan Scott I sincerely apologize! I don't know what was wrong with the link but thank you for bringing it to my attention. I have swapped it for the real one, but here it is again for you to try. I can see you as more introverted and intuitive for sure. I haven't seen much of the judgmental side of you, but it could be more self-directed because that is definitely a thing! As for me, yes I am actually fairly introverted and hold my cards close to my chest. I'm more of an extroverted introvert. I really value my time alone and in all reality have spent most of my life along. I find that people, especially large groups, can sometimes just be too much emotionally for my more logical pragmatic brain. So I do better in smaller groups, aka 1:1. I really do enjoy connecting deeper with people, which is what prompted me to invite you to eat with me since I was alone reading case studies anyway. 😂 I felt as if we had a connection earlier in the conference due to the fact that we were both pretty much alone at the back of the room, which to me, meant that we probably had similar energy. And getting to know you at that conference was the highlight of the trip for me! 🥰

@Judith Leroy Esvan no worries! I completely understand that! I have gotten so sidetracked with life stuff today that I've not attacked most of the business stuff I was planning to do yet. 🫤

@Susan Scott gotcha. Have you tried incorporating an Epsom salt bath prior to bed as well? I believe we discussed this before but I can't remember if this is something you are actively or regularly doing in addition to.
