Ever wonder how the hell someone turns ONE cold email into a $100M company? I'll show you. Meet Jason Cohen. He built WP Engine from zero to $100M with 500+ employees. But here's the crazy part... It started with possibly the simplest cold email I've ever seen: ----------------------------------------------- Hey, I'm the founder of a new WordPress hosting company. It's designed for folks like you so I'd love to talk about any pain you've got with WordPress and get some feedback. Now, I know your time is valuable. You're a consultant. I don't want you to feel like I'm trying to grab time from you. I'm very happy to pay whatever you think is fair for an hour of your time. Even if it's more than your normal hourly rate because I appreciate it's a weird one-off thing. -Jason ----------------------------------------------- 💯 Look carefully: This email got a 100% response rate. Not 20%. Not 50%. Everyone responded. Why? Because Jason did something most founders never do: - 🤓He didn't try to sound smart (notice the casual “Hey”) - 1️⃣He targeted ONE specific audience (WordPress consultants) - 💰He offered money upfront (instead of that BS "pick your brain" nonsense) - 🙅‍♂️Zero pitching—just asked about their pain points - ⏲️Showed respect for their time (crucial for consultants) But here's what most people miss: The magic wasn't in the template. It was in knowing exactly WHO he was talking to. 🔑 Key Insight: WordPress consultants were getting pitched hosting solutions daily. But nobody was offering to PAY THEM for feedback. That's the difference between “copying” a template and understanding why it works. 💡

I've always known that video prospecting is the way because it breaks through the noise much better than messages and calls... but I'm also an introvert and camera-shy so I just hate the idea of being in front of a camera. So I found a solution and I wrote it all down in a google doc step by step as I had to hop around 4 different tools… I started playing around with my heygen ai avatar to see how realistic it looked, and it really convinced me by mimicking my body mannerisms and expressions. Then i had an epiphany… this is ready for prime time and if i can combine my AI clone with 2 other tools for personalization and automation then I have a game changer in my hands. I ran a test back in november (not the best time with the holidays coming up), but… IT BLOODY WORKED!! I became a member of this community in November and have really got a lot of value out of the Classroom Course Modules and remembering to ✅ the ones I completed to stay on track. I think one of the best Modules has been "Business Advise" that UNLOCKS at Level 2. How did I get access? How did I Level UP to Level 2? By simply searching the community with KEYWORDS for answers to my questions in the search bar at the top. I was able to find post where people where answering those exact questions. I LIKED 👍 the ones that helped me and asked for clarification in the Comments💬 to make sure I understood correctly.....
