Hey all! In preparation for conducting due diligence on a park in San Diego county I wanted to know if anyone owns a park or has conducted due diligence on a park in the area (or even the greater So-cal area)? I’d love to hear your experience especially in regard to zoning for potential expansion!

I finally did it. I closed on my first mobile home park in Nebraska. Multiple offers sent, in and out of contract on several deals, two extended closing dates… and I finally did it. Wild journey… lots of failures along the way that I’ll share more about… but I did it. And raised 100% of the capital needed. I couldn’t be more proud. Huge thanks to @Ryan Narus and @Michael Pansolini for their mentorship program, community, and most of all their friendship. Park #2 is not too far away…

Michael asked me to expand my intro to share my story. My MHP journey started many years ago as a trailer park kid. I was super pumped to move out of dingy apartments and into our own mobile home. So excited to have grass to mow. However, I was judged and doubted because of where I lived. That doubt has driven me to a great life with a wonderful family and successful career. I'm not finished though. The ultimate would be owning a park! Even more importantly, I feel drawn to inspire the trailer park kids. Every kid needs to know they have value and are capable of great things.
