Day 31 of trying to be the best basketball player in the world
Rest. I did a rest day today beacause it's my last day here in this town with my family, tomorrow i will go back to where i live and won't see them till August, so i just wanted to stay with them. Hope it's a good motivation🥺

That’s definitely a good reason! Plus it’s good to take rest days so u can come back stronger

hi guys, unfortunately the first problems are starting, today I woke up with a very high fever, but I'm not discouraged. I know I'm doing my best and you also have to take risks in life. Unfortunately this time it went like this. Today was also the first day of training with the team and I won't be able to go. But I don't want to stop, I know it's all part of God's plan for me and that I just have to be strong. I therefore ask you to give me some advice on what to do during these days of illness

Need genuine opinions 🙏
Sooo I’m currently part of varsity, been so for a bit more than a year now, and I feel like I’m just reaching my peak. At the same time, I feel like my body is asking me to stop. Recently injured my knee and everything just hurts. I want to listen to my body and stop, but also I feel like there’s so much coming for me and I want to take on it all fearlessly. Thoughts?

If your just in pain than u can push through, but if there’s an injury u need to take care of that to recover as fast as possible
