i got cut from my hs bball team, i am sick right now, depression and anxiety are hitting hard. please help me

was cut from the jv team, went to a rec game as a spectator and they asked me to hoop, dropped a 20 piece mcbucket and made a dude crash out

this is my freshman year, i got cut from jv because i didn’t take alot of shots but i made all my shots. i was low with confidence and that’s the reason i got cut. i want to work my ass off so in my sophomore year ill make it. any advice to balance school, church, basketball, and the winter with darker evenings and mornings. please help me i feel like quitting.
