DAY 8 OF A BENCH PLAYER BECOMING STARTER
Today i only did the practice with the team, it went pretty good but i know that i need to work more of the others if i want to become a starter. Im still recovering from the days of illness so i dont have enough energies.

DAY 7 OF A BENCH PLAYER BECOMING STARTER
Today after school i came back home and had lunch, right after that i went to practice in the gym. I did a double practice with the u17 group and my group u19. It was an athletic workout so i ran a lot. Now im feeling really tired but im satisfied because i played good and i drop some good dimes.

DAY 6 OF A BENCH PLAYER BECOMING A STARTER
Alright today i started feeling better. This morning i did 100 push ups and 3 sets of 10 pull ups, this afternoon after a meditation i watched a few full games of some italians young teams. After that i had a small legday. I felt my legs really tired, tomorrow i’ll restar with the practices in the gym. I hope i don’t lose my shoot and my handles🙏🏼 Lov u guys, stay safe ❤️‍🩹

Yesterday i was sick so i didnt work again. Today im feeling way good but i need to rest. But today i studied on some films and videos
DAY 2 OF A BENCH PLAYER BECOMING STARTER
i forget to share with u what i did yesterday: Alright today my legs were really sore from yesterday workout, so today i prefered work on quantity and not quality. I made 180 shots from 3 by myself in 2 hour and a half. I shot with a lot of dribble combos and i was focus on my footwork. So at the end it was a really good workout. Tonight i planned to work again on weighted push ups (100 reps) and pull ups (50 reps)
