DAY 6 OF A BENCH PLAYER BECOMING A STARTER
Alright today i started feeling better. This morning i did 100 push ups and 3 sets of 10 pull ups, this afternoon after a meditation i watched a few full games of some italians young teams. After that i had a small legday. I felt my legs really tired, tomorrow i’ll restar with the practices in the gym. I hope i don’t lose my shoot and my handles🙏🏼 Lov u guys, stay safe ❤️🩹
