What is the best way you guys get leads
How do you audit lead lists for ICP fit before sending? I used to rely on the Apify + Apollo workflow for pulling leads, but recently I tried a different Apify scraper and now I’m unsure about list quality. It looks fine on the surface, but I don’t want to find out it’s bad only after my deliverability takes a hit. Before you send, how do you actually audit a list to make sure: - It truly matches your ICP - The titles, industries, and company sizes are accurate - You’re not about to blast a low-quality or poorly targeted list Specifically: - What checks do you run on a fresh list before approving it for outreach? - Do you sample manually, run it through enrichment, score it, or all of the above? - Are there any quantitative benchmarks you use (bounce rate expectations, % title match, company size match, etc.)? I’m trying to build a proper pre-send QA process so I’m not learning the hard way after domains get burned. Would appreciate any real workflows or tools people use for this.

One way is to check 100 leads manually and see how many of them are bad. I would check the start of the list and the end as sometimes the first leads are good and get worse as you go. Make sure you verify it before sending. If you want to take it to the next level, scrape the website and use AI to qualify each lead for your ICP.

Finally got my email campaigns running and getting responses!
I've been struggling to get this email matching going but finally cracked the code with Jay's video guidance. Got 4 positive replies in one day, that's so great when you've been banging your head against the wall and went broke already lol πŸ˜† πŸŽ‰

At what point do I change my email copy?
At what point do I dump an email and decide that the copy does'nt work... ie. after 100, 200, 300 sent without reply or what's a good milestone? Need some guidance here. Obviously I don't want to jump ship and abandon my copy to early, but I also don't want to burn a list with bad copy.

Depends a lot on the industry, I guess. Some industries will get a positive response every 100-200 emails, while some industries you might need to send 1,000-2,000 emails to get a positive response. So, if you are in one of the latter where it takes more emails to get a response, and you kill the copy too early, you're going to shoot yourself in the foot because you're never really going to find something that gets you that positive response at 200-300 emails.
Insider Program Questions
This is my current state: Booking 5-10 calls every month, via LinkedIn and cold emails. I have never gone through any course regarding cold emails. I was able to come to 5-10 calls per month purely from trail and error. But this isn’t sustainable, becz not all 10 calls I books are qualified. And I am unable to pull consistent income or calls per month. I have got money for the insider program, but that’s every dollar I have. Question is: would the insider program help me to go from a 5 calls per month to 25 calls per month? Do you guys provide step by step VIDEO GUIDANCE on how to approach and planning campaigns? I need you guys HONEST OPINION. Would prefer responses From people in the program.
