Sounds pretty good. Being able to not send to these types of mailboxes as well as Microsoft can definitely simplify your setup.
Hard time reaching Microsoft Email Clients?
I have heard that Microsoft email clients (mostly B2B enterprise level users) are essentially unreachable via cold email at the moment. Anyone have any insight here? I want to help my team setup a cold email engine for lead gen for targeting "VP or Privacy" etc as we are selling a SaaS adtech and privacy platform.

The key for Microsoft is having: 1. Aged domains 2. A good IP 3. Short copy
The reason of bounce
Can you help me understand the reason for such a bounce? The first mail from the sequence was delivered, but the second was bounced.

It's a temporary bounce, something on their side like a server issue. Wouldn't worry about it if it's just one.

@Grzegorz S Is it just one email?
Instantly Done for you
Anyone here with hands-on experience using Instantly DFY setups, Mailforge or Hypertide,? How well do they actually perform compared to building your own multilayer infrastructure with proxies and custom domains?

Heard mixed stuff. A lot of Instantly's domains got burned recently. Also with theirs you are stuck on their platform and don't really own anything. Hypertide, Scaledmail ect I would put in a different category as you can at least choose the sender.

@Aj Silvers No, haven't used them myself but know people who have and say they are good.
how do you manage client mailboxes for lead generation services?
lets say you want to promote a client business with the same systems Jay shows in his cold email lead gen video. Do you just use your own mailboxes to reach out to their potential buyers? or make them waste time warming their own mailboxes for 20+ days?

Most people make the client wait. Another option is to buy a bunch of generic domains and have them ready to use when you onboard a new client.
