@Elias Rhodes i haven't figured that part out yet, unfortunately. My listens are pretty inconsistent on spotify and apple podcasts. However, I've noticed bumps when I've had decent guests on the show. I'm also working on building my youtube channel. For the past 30 something days, I started posting about 10 clips a day to youtube shorts, just to test whether or not the content worked. I went from low 30k views up to the mid 160k range. That was really cool to see, however, I have less than 1% of viewers converting into regulars. The strategy I'm starting to implement is to add the link to the long form content in the short description. That's the advice I've been given to convert shorts viewers into regulars, which then turns them into subscribers. I'm also quite weak when it comes to promotion. I don't do enough teaser posts about upcoming drops. I think that hurts a lot as well. My strategy is to churn content for now, find out what types of content works for my channel and then pound that....which reminds me! I had one video with 57 views but earned me 3 new subscribers. It was just a video of me talking about how we've switched our team meetings from accountability calls to more strategic problem solving. Since that was a hit, I'm creating new videos that breaks down every single problem I've faced when building a private lending business, how we thought through the different solutions and which one we implemented. I hope all of this helps.

@Elias Rhodes sure, would love to collaborate
The easiest sure way to get... is to give!
If you’re not moving forward as you'd like to, maybe you're stuck trying to get, not give. Here’s a mindset that changed everything for me: “We must abandon the intention to receive, and replace it with the intention of giving." Then we receive what we let go of, and can move forward. Most people are walking around thinking: -How can I get more attention? -How can I get more followers? -How can I get paid? So they chase, they push, they stress. Nothing works. Or worse, it works for a while, then crashes. But when you start asking: -What can I give? -Who can I help today? -What value can I create? Everything shifts. You stop forcing results. You start creating momentum. People notice. Opportunities show up. It’s weird. You give more, and end up with more. You want more love? Start giving more love. You want more support? Start offering support. You want growth? Start helping someone else grow. Let go of the need to chase. Focus on contribution. The success you’re trying to take... you attract instead. What are you holding onto that’s keeping you stuck? What could you give today instead? Think about it. Then try it. You'll feel the difference. Totally agree. When you're out there trying to genuinely help people...good things happen. Even if it's not something that's going to make you money, good things happen.
Introduction
Hi All, My name is Jon Chan. I'm a real estate investor/capital raiser located in Central FL. I've wanted to create a community for a year and a half, but I'm not the strongest community builder. At least that's what my current limited thinking thinks of me. I joined here to make friends who are also building skool communities in different fields to compare and share notes, experiences and strategies. Right now, my main funnel is social media, I post on IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, but YouTube is where I'm hoping to gain the most traction. I'm looking forward to connecting with you!

I've been having a post conversation with someone in a different group and thought it might be helpful to post here as well: Right now, I'm building a 12 module private lending course that's going to be my lead magnet. I also raise money for short tern real estate loans as my main line of work. On top of that, I record videos for youtube and blast 10 shorts a day in addition to the FB, IG, TikTok and LinkedIn posting as well. Once I've done all that, I either take my kids to their classes or help prep dinner. Once my lead magnet is done, I'm revamping my website, then will be updating my Youtube about page and continue to nurture my network to keep them warm for upcoming real estate lending opportunities. Everyday after I drop my daughter off at her school, I spend 20-30 minutes in the car talking to chat, strategizing about my fitness routine, business and social media content. The content creation isn't so bad, I think my trouble is that the effort tied to getting people to engage is what's draining. My content is driven by sharing my experiences and lessons from mistakes so that others can learn from them. The community engagement is definitely a weak point for me.

English SKill up
Hello, Everyone! I’m looking for a friendly and professional partner who can help me conduct interviews. As a non-native English speaker, I want to ensure clear communication and effective interviews, and I believe collaborating with someone fluent in English would be a great solution. If you’re interested in partnering with me or know someone who might be, please comment below or send me a direct message. Let’s work together to make this happen! Thank you!

Hi Jay, what are these interview for?
What made you guys join Skool?⭐️
The reason I joined Skool was an unobstructed drive to be successful… Skool offered me the easiest way to make money and all I had to do was create a group that people needed? This is what drew me to Skool.💪 what did people need? Underwear advice? How to cook an omelet? No. Everyone on Skool is doing the same thing… trying to build a community to success! What could I offer them to assure that people join? A place to advertise! A place people can come to learn about Skool! A place people feel safe. So now time for the million dollar question… What kept me on Skool? You guys… the passion I see every single day, the love that I see thrown about to eachother like a football, the drive and hungry eyes of so many authentic amazing humans trying to snatch up the life they deserve! Being around hungry, success driven, authentic people is the best possible place you could ever put yourself in. I surround myself with people that I look up to, you guys I look up to every single day. Thank you for being you and thank you for being here❤️
