Hi everyone! I'm Jonnie, I live in TX with my husband and 13 yr old son. Looking forward to more flexibility and better mobility, would love to get some of the range I used to have when I was a dancer and gymnast back. It's been a long time lol.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert not really a specific goal, but I would love to eventually be able to do a pull up lol...after years of dance and gymnastics AND I was a body builder for 2 years, i still have NEVER been able to do a pull up

@Karyn Ainsworth yes it makes it so much easier, I got mine mainly for when we do dips, I feel like the grip makes it easier.
