Letting Go of the Fear of Success
Who here doesn't feel equipped to handle success? Or if they actually achieve it, they'd crumble under the weight and just ruin it all? Fear of success looks exactly like that freeze or self-sabotage when you’re on the cusp of closing your first PIF... your jaw locks, excuses multiply, and suddenly you fluster on asking for the close. Don't worry... it's okay, and this is a normal part of the growth journey. Grab your journal. Start with “When I succeed, I worry…” and let the sentence finish itself. Notice what comes up — maybe you fear being in the spotlight, carrying more responsibility, or outgrowing your current social circle. Sit still for a minute. Breathe into where you feel tight (shoulders, chest, gut). Don’t judge the sensation. Just observe it. That pause cracks the grip of fear. Pick one tiny move you’ve been avoiding. Hit send on that email. Schedule the call you’ve been dreading. Post here in Skool: “I’m booking three discovery calls by Friday.” Public commitment rewires your brain to expect success instead of dodge it. Celebrate every micro-win. One email sent or call booked is proof you can handle progress. Stack the wins and watch your confidence slowly build over time. We’re in this together. Lean on your Agency World peers, swap wins and battle stories, and remember: God will never give you more than you were meant to carry. You are PERFECTLY capable of handling whatever is placed in front of you. Why? Because God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called. (cheesy, yeah, but still a banger line)
